Randy M. Bauer MBA for over 30 years has focused on helping organizations improve quality and performance. More than 150,000 people have attended his seminars on improving customer service, leadership, motivation, performance management, communication, and supervision. Organizations that  have sent employees to his programs include AT&T, Boeing, Goodyear, IBM,  Lear Jet, Lockheed-Martin, the Library of Congress, Nucor Steel,  Oracle, the city of Denver, the state of Colorado, the U.S. departments of Agriculture, Labor, and Defense and over 100  units of state and local government throughout the country.

Randy Bauer received his bachelor's degree from Ohio State University and his MBA from Kent State University. Before forming Leadership Training Associates, he served as a trainer, educational coordinator, management consultant, and director of training for two large organizations employing more than 5,000 people. He also has served as an adjunct professor in management at Columbia College, Webster University, and the University of Colorado. Randy is honored to have been included in “Who’s Who In The West”, Who’s Who In America”, and Who’s Who In The World."
